What can I expect from the event?
“Hotel Floria: Check-in with Sanrio characters” is an immersive media art exhibition featuring the beloved Sanrio characters.
Step into a dreamlike journey with Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, and more—brought to life through d’strict’s signature artistic visuals.
From check-in to check-out, visitors move through a series of themed rooms, each filled with emotional light, color, and magical photo zones that turn every moment into a lasting memory.
Where is the experience located?
The experience will be held at MPX Gallery, located at L3, IFC Mall (Seoul International Financial Center, 10 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea). Follow the moving walkway next to Exit 3 of Yeouido Station for 515 meters to reach IFC Mall. The venue is located on South L3.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 minutes at this experience. Please be aware that during peak times, such as weekends, there may be a wait for admission; this is to ensure everyone’s safety and provide a comfortable viewing experience. We recommend factoring this into your plans, as waiting times may affect the total duration of your visit.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There is no food or beverage area inside the gallery. Please use the dining options available within IFC Mall.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available at the IFC Mall, with free parking offered for 1 to 5 hours depending on your total purchase amount.
If you've purchased an exhibition ticket, you can validate your parking after your visit by combining the ticket and any merchandise purchases at the MD shop.
Please note that if you entered with a discount ticket, the parking benefit will be calculated based on the final discounted amount.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there virtual reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Limited-edition Hotel Floria merchandise (such as keyrings, plush toys, and mystery boxes) will be available for purchase on-site.
Are there any complimentary souvenirs available for visitors?

About tickets
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple App Store). Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Cancellations for unvalidated tickets are allowed up to 24 hours before the final valid date of your ticket; please check your ticket or confirmation email for exact validity details.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The exhibition space includes wheelchair-accessible pathways and ramps, so guests using wheelchairs are welcome to enter.
However, please note that due to the nature of the exhibition—featuring various props and dimly lit areas—some parts of the experience may be limited.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Food and drinks, strollers, personal photography equipment (e.g., action cams, DSLRs, tripods, selfie sticks), large bags, and suitcases are not allowed inside the exhibition.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Are carer tickets available for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, a discounted ticket is available for one accompanying caregiver. For more details, please inquire at the on-site ticket booth.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
We recommend visiting the restrooms in IFC Mall before you enter the exhibition.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us at +82-2-6137-5266.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check. We kindly ask that you use the storage lockers available inside IFC Mall.
Is there an age requirement?
The exhibition is open to all ages, and children 36 months and under may enter free of charge! (based on the date of entry). For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition space. Please note that there is no designated storage area for strollers outside the venue, as they may obstruct the entrances of nearby stores. We recommend storing strollers in your vehicle or using a baby carrier during your visit.
